In-Season
regular season / competition time 

Congratulations you have survived the stress of Pre-Season with tryouts, parent meetings, etc. Now the real fun begins.This is a busy time for all participants that requires planning, resources and communication. Competition is in full swing! Don't feel stressed or overwhelmed because all the information an resources you need is right here. Woo!

Clear practice and 'Game Day' routines and expectations are very important for your team. This could include team dress, time expectations, warm-up, etc. 

​

Warm-ups Should Include:

  • Activity to warm up muscles

  • Dynamic stretching 

  • Skill Practice (Partner forearm and overhead passing)

  • Partner Pepper 

  • Coach lead activity

  • Hitting (usually 4 minutes)

  • Serving (usually 1 minute)
