Through our preliminary survey of teachers we found a majority of teachers that do not take on a coaching position is not due to lack of interest, but rather a lack of confidence, experience and resources. This website has been created to aid those that would like to be a part of the coaching community, with a simple layout broken down into pre-season, in-season, and post-season, and a collection of resources, apps and online courses that we have used for preparation and research that we found helpful.

We want to provide a resource that makes the wonderful experience more manageable for all coaches! This includes veteran coaches that might be looking for new ideas to any volunteer or teacher that might have little to no experience with the sport.

To create this resource we have used a variety of approaches in gathering information:

  • They are online which can make it easier for individuals to complete and get back in a timely manor. 

• Prior and current coaching experiences/shadowing
